Cloudride 1000 - Ronald McDoanld House

Hi everyone

I'm challenging myself this year to complete the cloudride 1000 course and hopefully in the process raise funds for the Ronald McDoanld House which looks after families while they care for seriously sick or injured children. It is an amazing charity and made an important impact in the care of my nephew a few years ago. 

For those who don't know the Cloudride 1000 link here: https://www.breathtakingevents.info/monaro-cloudride-1000k is a completely self-supported (the majority of the time offroad) cycling event. Is start and finishes in Canberra, ACT but traversers through the beautiful snowy mountain region. The event this year will start at 6am, 18 April. 

I'd be so very appreciative for any donations that can assist families and in term help the little people they care for. I'm very commited to finishing this ride and I'm hoping you can support me on the way. I will be able to be tracked live during the event on on the maprogress website or app https://app.maprogress.com/ and I will update the link closer to the event which will show my progress :)

Hi everyone - well it's getting close to event time now. Thankfully most of the bike preperation is finished and its into the map planning phase. The course is not an easy one and timing stops, food, water and sleeping during business hours is always a challenge. Hopefully the body has recovered from the 500km attempt recently :) really excited for the challenge :)
