About
Rally for Kids is the next chapter of Canberra’s much-loved 24-Hour Tennis Challenge, building on more than 10 years of community fundraising.
Led by Ronald McDonald House ACT & South East NSW and Canberra School of Tennis with the support of McDonald’s Weston Creek and Tennis ACT, Rally for Kids brings our local community together through tennis, family fun and making a difference for sick kids.
Players of all ages and abilities can take part in Cardio Tennis sessions across the day and night. No tennis experience is required. If family fun and spectating is more your style, you can join in on the many activities happy across the Rally for kids Carnival.
100% of ticket proceeds & donations go directly to Ronald McDonald House ACT & South East NSW.

Whether you're a seasoned tennis pro, a first time enthusiast or community-minded spectator - you can make a difference for sick kids!
Take the Challenge
One hour, one team or the full 24
Book a one-hour Cardio Tennis session and enjoy a fast, fun and coach-led tennis workout supporting families.
Register individually or rally up to 12 friends, relatives or workmates. You can book as many sessions as you like across the 24 hours, including overnight. Want to go all in? Bring your team together to help cover the full 24-hour Challenge.

Rally for fun
Join the Rally for Kids McHappy Day Carnival
You don’t need to take part in the Challenge to join the fun. Everyone is invited to our family-friendly McHappy Day celebration at Weston Creek Tennis Club.
Enjoy:
- Free adult and junior tennis clinics
- Tennis activities and coaching experiences
- Face painting and a jumping castle
- Wilson racquet demonstrations
- Speed serve competitions
- Free social tennis
- BBQ and refreshments
- DJ and MC entertainment
- Community stalls, prizes and giveaways

Rally for Kids is serving up action beyond Weston Creek. Tennis clubs across the ACT are hosting their own activities and fundraisers, giving more people the opportunity to join the rally for families.
